Privacy Policy

Only what's needed to run the service: your name, email, and photo from your sign-in provider; your bootcamp profile answers; the posts and drafts you write; and basic usage data. We do not collect address, ID, or nationality. A phone number is never required to sign up or to use any tool — we ask for one only from visitors who contact us without signing in, so we can reply. It is kept for one year, then deleted, and is never used for marketing.

We rely on third-party providers to run the service, each for one stated purpose and no more:

• Google · LinkedIn— sign-in and identity only — no posting permission
• Anthropic— text analysis and writing; the text is sent for processing and is not used to train models
• Apify— fetching public LinkedIn posts and profiles
• Upstash— storing your account, balance and history
• Resend— service email (download links and result notifications)
• Dodo Payments— merchant of record — handles payment and holds card details, which we never see
• Vercel— hosting and running the servers

Data is generally processed on servers outside your country (United States and EU). This list is updated whenever a provider changes.

We never store card details; they stay with the merchant of record.

When you analyze someone else's post, we read its public content for the instant analysis only — we do not store the post text or the author's name. Derived metrics and our analysis are kept 30 days, then auto-deleted.

When you analyse an account's posting patterns we read its public posts to compute metrics. We never store any post text. The report keeps the name, headline and profile photo URL — a report without them cannot be read — alongside the computed metrics, for 90 days, then it is deleted automatically. We say nothing about the person; the analysis is about the content and how it performed. We never send third-party account data by email.

You can analyse any public LinkedIn profile. We read its publicly visible sections to produce the analysis, and your library keeps the name, headline and photo URL — an analysis without them cannot be read — together with our computed notes, for 90 days, after which it is deleted automatically. We never comment on the person; the analysis is about the profile’s content only.

We never post to your account and never request posting permissions — LinkedIn access is for identity only.

You can delete your account and all your data anytime from Settings. For removal requests from post authors, contact us at the address below.
